Return & Exchange Policy
Enjoy free shipping on any order that is $75+!
Orders will ship anywhere from 24-48 hours after order is placed depending on day the item is purchased. We ship through the USPS. You can track your packages through the USPS site at www.usps.com. All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you have provided at checkout or through PayPal.
We will no longer be offering express shipping through the website. If you need your order shipped faster than the normal shipping, please contact us through our Facebook page.
We offer local pick up to our local customers. We are located in Troy, Tx. Please know if you choose this option at checkout and are not local we have to send a shipping email and cannot fulfill this order until that is paid.
If you choose local pick up you have 14 days to pick up your order. Once the 14 days is up and you have yet to do so we will send a shipping invoice. You have 24 hours to arrange a pick up OR 48 hours to pay that shipping invoice. Failure to do so will result in your items being donated or returned to our inventory for re-sale. By choosing local pick up, you agree to these terms. We tag all local pick up orders in our VIP Facebook Group with all the details you need once your order is in fact ready to be picked up. If you are not in our VIP group (side note: get in there girl for all the new pretties and sales!) then we will send an email to the email address used for your order.
Items must be received back to us(in our hands) no later than 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time depending on where you are located and how you ship. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return and email the tracking information to email@example.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: laundry detergent, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
Shoe Return Policy: Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.
**SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS RETURNS**
When shipping a return this shipping cost is the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will not be refunded.
If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within three days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
